Under the terms of the program, a choice is given:

to purchase (the total amount of the administrative fee in this case will be 68,000 euros) or to rent (the administrative fee is 98,000 euros) real estate for 5 years;

• the following relatives can be included in the application: spouse; children under 27; children of any age with mental or physical disabilities; parents of both spouses;
• mandatory passage of the security check procedure;
• the registration period is 6-8 months.
