The Vanuatu Citizenship Program (Development Support Program) was developed by the Government of Vanuatu in 2017. The maximum validity period of Vanuatu passports is 10 years for all family members, regardless of their age.

The Republic of Vanuatu is a beautiful country located in the South Pacific Ocean, west of Fiji and a four—hour flight from the east coast of Australia. Expenses

To be eligible for citizenship of Vanuatu under the Citizenship by Investment Program, the applicant must make a donation to the State fund.

Non-refundable contribution to the state fund. Costs vary depending on the number of applicants and their age.

  • The sole applicant is 130,000 US dollars
  • Main applicant and spouse 150,000 US dollars
  • The main applicant, spouse and 1 dependent US$  165,000
  • The main applicant, spouse and 2 dependents  180,000 US dollars
  • Each additional dependent is  10,000 US dollars
Mandatory background checks are paid for by the Government, which appoints the preferred body responsible for conducting due diligence. The inspection authorities use information obtained from various international and local sources, such as Interpol, World-Check, and other government agencies. Fees to be paid when submitting an application.

Due diligence cost 5000 US dollars (per applicant)

The costs associated with the procedure include the costs of paying for the professional services of iSK International, an official application, a certificate of citizenship and passport, courier services, as well as other related costs. In each specific case, a detailed commercial offer is sent without additional hidden costs.

Our task is to simplify the collection of documents as much as possible, and if necessary, we receive documents for the client without his participation. Documents required from each applicant, including children:

The first stage

Preliminary approval:
• Application form of the applicant
• Certified copies of all available passports
• A certified copy of the photo ID
• Original certificate of no criminal record from the country of birth, country of citizenship, country of residence (if different) and any other country in which the applicant has lived for at least one (1) year in the last ten (10) years, for each applicant over sixteen (16) years.
• Personal resume, including information about the education and work experience of the main applicant and spouse

The second stage

Submission of a full package of documents:
• Applicant’s application form — a complete package of documents
• An original extract from the birth certificate record or a copy of the birth certificate certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (that is, a birth certificate that contains information about your parents, or a house book, family book, etc.)
• An original medical certificate
• Eight (8) original passport photos

Forms and documents submitted only by the main applicant:
• One original letter of recommendation issued by an international bank no more than 6 months ago
• One original letter of recommendation issued by a specialist (for example, a lawyer, notary, chartered accountant or other professional with a similar social status) no more than 6 months ago
• One original letter of employment
• A certified copy of the diploma of the university/ other higher educational institution
• Proof of residence address (copy of the current lease agreement / original utility bill)

Documents required only for joint application of married persons:
• Original extract from the record of the marriage registration act or a copy of the marriage certificate certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (if applicable)
• Copies of divorce documents certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (if applicable)

Timeline

*The estimated time of approval of the application for citizenship depends on the timing of the due diligence in each case.

iSK International checks your passport to obtain prior government approval. To apply, you must make an initial
payment for professional services.

A team of iSK International professionals will help and advise you on collecting the basic necessary documents for initial approval by the Vanuatu Financial Intelligence Unit. After the package of documents is ready for shipment, the state fees for paperwork and due diligence and the iSK International company’s bill for submitting documents are paid.

The approval in principle is issued by the Financial intelligence unit. The remaining documents are submitted, and 25% of the government contribution is paid.

A permit for obtaining citizenship is issued and 75% of the state financial contribution is paid.
Certificates of citizenship and passports are issued. The applicant makes full payment for iSK International professional services.
