St. Lucia Citizenship

The Program

The Citizenship by Investment Program was launched in 2015 and has its legal foundations in the Constitution of St. Lucia and the Citizenship by In vestment Act, No.14 of 2015 as amended. The Program is the newest in the Caribbean!

The purpose of the Program is to encourage direct foreign investment into the country. The Citizenship by Investment Unit is the authority responsible for all matters relating to the Program.

The Cost

There are three main pathways to obtain Citizenship in the country. The first is a non refundable donation to the Government - National Ecomonic Fund (NEF), the second is by investment into a Government approved Real Estate Project and the third is by investment into Government Bond.
